Starting with the avails and log events, V.T. marries the template with orders to create an easily manageable on-line log. Scheduling priority is totally user-defined, while simple on-screen click-and-edit provides step-by-step log formation. Additionally, the unique log inquiry lets you search instantly for order and customer information right from the on-screen log.

V.T.’s custom icons help you identify specially-formatted broadcast days for weekdays, weekends, or holidays, while the scheduler continually prepares the logs and allows bumped spots to be rescheduled by a simple drag-and-drop.

Order Entry

The transition from contract to invoice is effortless, as Visual Traffic begins when you start a sales order. The order interacts with log events and avails to create the basic log, and the order’s spot pattern can be used to build flights, rotations, and specific schedules. Order numbers, generated manually or automatically, become the invoice number to produce a seamless audit trail. The invoices are even created automatically when logs are accepted.
