Corporate History
  TvScan: U.S. TV Sales Leadership  
  Founded in 1985 in Birmingham, Ala. Created the industry standard sales and proposal solution for television stations. Merged with Marketron Inc. in 2000. Today more than 85% of television stations in the U.S. use its technology.  
  REP-PAK: Canadian TV Sales Leadership  
  Founded in 1986 in Toronto, Canada. Developed the only sales and proposal solution designed to meet the specific needs of Canadian television broadcasters. Merged with Marketron Inc. in 2001. Today, 80% of private television stations in Canada use its technology.  
  Marketron Inc.: U.S. Radio and TV Traffic Leadership  
  Founded in 1972 in Menlo Park, Calif. Developed the leading integrated sales and traffic system for radio stations. Renamed Marketron International in August 2002 after merging with TvScan and REP-PAK. Today its solutions are licensed by 8 of the Top 10 radio groups in the U.S.
