Paid Time Off (PTO) - A PTO plan allows employees to control how they use their paid time off and is intended to cover all absences: scheduled (vacation, personal, etc), and non-scheduled (sick time and other unforeseeable events). The PTO accruals are as follows with a maximum cap of 25 days per year: Employees with 0-2 years - 18 days per year, Employees with 2-4 years - 22 days per year and Employees with 5 or more years - 27 days per year.

Holidays - Marketron offers nine paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Retirement - The Marketron Broadcast Solutions 401K plan offers a 30% matching contribution on up to 10% of earnings, subject to the IRS annual maximum contribution. An employee need only work for Marketron for six months to be eligible on the next quarterly enrollment period. The plan offers a broad range of investment choices with no front end or back end load fees and rollovers can be accepted immediately.

Insurance - Insurance benefits are available on or coinciding with the first day of the next month following employment.
- Marketron contributes toward the medical, dental, vision, and prescription plan.
- A Section 125 pre-tax medical and dependent care spending plan is offered.
- Fully company-paid plans include life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- Optional benefits include: supplemental life insurance for self, spouse and children, AFLAC plans (cancer plans, indemnity plans for accident, hospital confinement, and personal recovery) as well as Long Term Care Insurance through UNUM.
- Other benefits enjoyed by Marketron employees include extensive in-house job training, development and training assistance program, extremely low turnover rate, a smoke-free environment, and a positive, upbeat, family-friendly work atmosphere in each of our four offices.
